Hygiene Regulations for the 8th Lions Cup

Diese Hygiene-Vorschriften dienen dem Schutz aller Teilnehmer und der Organisatoren und werden von den Teilnehmern durch ihre Unterschrift bei der Anmeldung akzeptiert.

These hygiene regulations serve the protection of all participants and the organizers and are accepted by the participants by their signature at the registration.

Bei Nichteinhaltung der Vorschriften wird die Turnierleitung eine einmalige Verwarnung aussprechen, im Wiederholungsfall wird der Teilnehmer vom Turniergeschehen ausgeschlossen.

In case of non-compliance with the rules, the tournament management will issue a one-time warning, in case of recurrence the participant will be excluded from the tournament.

• Teilnehmer die grippeähnliche Symptome aufweisen dürfen nicht am Turniergeschehen teilnehmen, auch wenn sie vorangemeldet sind. Die Turnierleitung ist im Zweifel berechtigt die Körpertemperatur mit einem kontaktlosen Stirnthermometer zu messen.

• Participants who show flu-like symptoms are not allowed to take part in the tournament, even if they    are pe-registered. In case of doubt, the tournament organizers are entitled to measure the body temperature with a contactless forehead thermometer.

• Das Tragen von Mund-Nasen-Masken ist im gesamten Hotel und in den Turniersälen  mit Ausnahme der Außenbereiche obligatorisch. An den Spieltischen wird das Tragen der Masken empfohlen, eine Verpflichtung besteht aber nur beim Consulting Double.

• The wearing of mouth-nose-masks is obligatory in the entire hotel and in the tournament halls with the exception of the outdoor areas. It is recommended to wear the masks at the gaming tables, but an obligation exists only for the Consulting Double.

• Jeder Teilnehmer muss ein Kontaktformular (vom Hotel) ausfüllen, ein Zugang und Aufenthalt in den Räumen ohne dieses ist nicht erlaubt.

• Each participant must fill out a contact form (from the hotel), access and stay in the rooms without it is not allowed.

• Die Spieltische und Spielbretter werden nach jedem Match desinfiziert und dürfen nur für offizielle Turnier-Matche verwendet werden.

• The tables and boards will be disinfected after each match and may only be used for official tournament matches.

• Private Spiele sind nur auf eigenen Boards und nur auf der Terrasse oder auf speziell dafür ausgewiesenen Tischen erlaubt.

• Private matches are only allowed on your own board and only on the terrace or on specially designated tables.

• Präzisionswürfel müssen von den Teilnehmern mitgebracht werden und werden nur persönlich verwendet.

• Precision dice must be brought by the participants and will only be used personally.

• Das Gala-Diner ist dieses Jahr wegen der Hygiene-Vorschriften nicht möglich, der Welcome-Cocktail und die Siegerehrung werden auf der Terrasse veranstaltet.

• The gala dinner is not possible this year due to hygiene regulations. The welcome cocktail and the award ceremony will be held on the terrace.
